Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the electronics in their original box, ensuring all sync boxes, power cables, and LED strips are securely included to prevent damage.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
